That is this months quote for the August 2013 Morgan Report. In this report we talk about the corruption throughout the whole system. We also revisited the true price of silver and talked about it in this months effort.

Our good friend Leo Chang, who translates our Morgan Report into Chinese, did an update on the ground from what's really going on in the physical markets in China. David Smith wrote Part III of the silver Bullet or Double Edged Sword. He talks about how to properly the ETF's and evaluate them.
