Question of the
Week |
For the first free update of 2014 let us address the
most frequent question--
What will happen to the precious metals this year?
Comment: Most of the mainstream and some such as
Harry Dent present cases for another poor year with gold
projected to $1000 or below, we have a different view.
First, like it or not my call for the bottom in silver is
in! Stated many times now, the $18.17 low on June 28th 2013
is the low! Can I be wrong? Of course, but we do have six
months of trading above that level and the start of new year
looks good after only two days-- don't laugh, the bears
tried to push both metals down hard at the end of the year
and both bounced back significantly. This means the smart
bulls and short covering is taking place.
2014 will be a year of rebuilding in our view, meaning
slowly through the year gold and silver will strengthen and
interest will return. We do not expect a huge move but
remain open to the possibility as the markets are at extreme
oversold conditions and the global financial empire
continues to crumble. Many awake and aware view the MSM
(Main stream media) as a Baghdad Bob effort. Denial of the
real situation as ALL evidence is clearly in plain view, yet
many cannot see the desperation going on right in front of
them.
What ever you resolve for this New Year, we commend you in
your efforts. If you resolve nothing so be it, we are
resolved to continue to our best efforts to you.
