April 2014 Morgan Report |
The April 2014 issue of The Morgan Report
has been posted for our members. In this
month's issue we talked about what is going
on in the silver markets which we usually
do. We talked about the price forecast from
the major banks which we disagree with and
explain why.
We did some analysis on the Uranium market.
We know this is controversial, but the
supply/demand fundamentals are good. We do
more than just the gold and silver markets.
We look at all the resource sectors. We do
have a recommendation in this issue,
however, it is not a formal recommendation.
We will let our readers form their own view
on this company.
Finally, we
have letters to the editor. As a member of
The Morgan Report you can submit your
questions to us each month.
Watch our
quick video promo for the report...

Question of the Week |
Question: David I am not sure but I heard you say
that cash costs do not give an accurate picture of the cost
of mining, can you explain? I don't get it... Dale
Comment: First this is something we discuss in the
paid Morgan Report but we know that many on this list are
only looking for our free information. With that said...
I was in discussion with the Steve the owner of SRSrocco
Report on that very topic. Steve wanted to check some data
with me, and he decided to write an article discussing what
cash costs really mean.
The title of the article--
The Grand Deception In the Precious Metals Industry
Many precious metals
investors are being deceived and they don't even know it.
There is so much fraud, manipulation and deceit taking place
in the economic and financial markets, its amazing the
system hasn't collapsed already.
However, there is another big problem taking place in the
precious metal industry that has frustrated me to no end.
This is what I call the "Grand Deception."
Let me explain...

The Marginal Efficiency
of Capital
by Edward W. Fuller
The following paper was
written by a friend of TMR that occasionally helps with our
research. by Edward W. Fuller
The purpose of this paper
is to explain the marginal efficiency of capital. The net
present value diagram is derived and used to illustrate how
the interest rate regulates the intertemporal allocation of
resources. The net present value diagram is then used to
show that the marginal efficiency of capital contradicts the
net present value method of ranking investment projects. The
net present value diagram is integrated into the
capital-based framework to demonstrate that the interest
rate cannot regulate the intertemporal allocation of
resources in Keynes's theory of investment.
