Question of the Week |
Question: David, I bought into the silver story and
purchased after the peak near the $ 30 range. Now I feel
like I will have to wait for a very long time to break even.
What should I do?
Comment: We cannot
give individual advice so let me state that the silver
market is very quiet right now. I expect more of the same
through the summer but silver usually moves rapidly from
very quiet bottoms.
I was interviewed by Kitco this week. In that interview it
was pointed out by another analyst that silver is at an
extreme low in volatility.
My fundamental conviction is to hold until the
monetary/financial system is reformed into something we can
all trust-- unlikely in my view or trust in the current
system degrades further causing people to rush into the only
money trusted by people for centuries.
