Question: David, I listened to you on the Internet to say that the silver bottom was at $18.17. How sure are you that that is the bottom?

Comment: I cannot be 100% sure at this point. However I would say I'm about 90% sure. My concern is that the summer months are historically weak for the metals.

Yet with oil prices moving higher due to the Iraq situation. Silver over $19.50 and moving up currently we want to see if silver can move over the $21 level and maintain it.
